Food manufacturer is seeking a Plant Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor large manufacturing plant of 1000+ employees
- Contribute to production planning and budgeting
- Focus plant on continuous improvement
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Champion a safe production environment
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Minimum BA/BS, MBA preferred 10+ years of food production/plant management experienceUSDA/FDA meat or frozen experience
- Experience managing large plant operations
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
