Company Culture
We are a prosthetics-focused practice with strong referral demand, welcoming approximately five new amputee referrals every week, so you’ll see the impact of your work as patients return to the activities they love. We’ve built our clinics to let clinicians focus on patient care: our dedicated administrative team handles authorizations and paperwork, our experienced in-house fabrication technicians support every fitting, and we don’t expect our CPOs to take on referral marketing. We run on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which brings clarity, transparency, and accountability to everything we do, and our clinical leadership is actively refining our prosthetic care pathways to improve patient outcomes. Our culture is high support and high expectations, and we’re looking for clinicians who embrace feedback, value teamwork, and genuinely love hands‑on patient care.
Job Description:
As our Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist, you’ll provide comprehensive, patient-centered prosthetic and orthotic care, with approximately 80% of your caseload focused on prosthetics. You’ll conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage new amputee care from initial evaluation, fitting, and alignment through adjustments and long-term follow-up. You’ll independently manage routine transtibial and transfemoral cases while troubleshooting complex presentations such as bilateral limb loss and hip disarticulation, collaborating with upper‑extremity specialists when needed. Along the way, you’ll educate patients and families on device use, maintenance, and rehabilitation expectations. You’ll partner closely with our fabrication technicians, take part in daily morning huddles and weekly clinical meetings, and use digital scanning and 3D technology to achieve optimal fit and function. Once fully onboarded, you can expect approximately 6 to 8 patient visits per day, adjusted for case complexity, with Fridays split between a half‑day of patient care and a half‑day for team meetings, work‑in‑progress reviews, and administrative catch‑up. Education & Work Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in prosthetics and orthotics Demonstrated proficiency in lower-limb prosthetics, including transtibial and transfemoral evaluations, fittings, alignments, and adjustments. Proven ability to independently manage patient care and demonstrate sound clinical judgment in complex situations. Experience working with amputees across various stages of rehabilitation, from initial prosthetic fitting through long‑term care. Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist (CPO), preferably through the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics (ABC).Commitment to maintaining professional certification and completing continuing education.
