Account Associate - Covered Care

What You’ll Do: Make outbound calls using an auto dialer to customers 1-30 days past due Negotiate payment arrangements and help customers stay on track Take inbound calls to answer questions and provide solutions Use judgment and empathy to create fair, personalized solutions Meet individual and team performance goals Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines

Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or higher level preferred. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with making outbound calls using an auto dialer to collect on accounts that are 1-30 days past due. Answer inbound customer service and collection calls. This position requires the candidate to have good negotiation and listening skills. The Pre-30 day collector is able to effectively use good judgment based on their past experience to make suitable and timely payment plans with our customers. The employee will perform all duties in accordance to Westlake's policies, procedures and compliance.
