As an Account Associate for Colton Kantola State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Develop business through sales processes.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation is hourly pay plus commissions.
