Teller Operations Supervisor - Universal Banker Training

Columbia Bank is seeking an Universal Operations Specialist I at Broad St., Newark, NJ. The role supports teller operations, supervises teller staff, and ensures daily consolidation and security of teller activities in a full-time capacity. The position requires 2–4 years of teller and supervisory experience, strong banking knowledge, and solid problem-solving and communication skills.
