Wind Farm Construction Site Lead

ERM is seeking a Construction Site Manager to support wind energy projects in Texas. This full-time, 12-month role emphasizes on-site leadership, safety, and coordination of Owner personnel and contractors to ensure schedule and budget compliance. The position requires a strong track record in construction management, with Wind energy experience and Procore proficiency. Travel across a broad area and late nights may be required to meet project needs.
