Executive Job description: This role owns installation, start‐up, troubleshooting, preventive/predictive maintenance, repair, upgrades, and customer training across the U.S.

Description: Install, calibrate, and commission injection molding machines, robots, and auxiliaries (dryers, chillers, MTC, granulators).Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and control system faults (PLC, HMI, servo drives) using schematics and OEM manuals. Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual) and predictive maintenance (vibration, thermal imaging, oil analysis) to reduce downtime by 40–60%.Perform mold setup, parameter optimization (temperature, pressure, speed, cycle time), and process troubleshooting to meet quality and production targets. Complete service reports, work orders, and CRM updates (e.g., MS Dynamics 365, SAP) with accurate documentation. Deliver on‐site customer training for machine operation, basic maintenance, and best practices. Support machine upgrades, retrofits, and performance improvements. Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety rules, LOTO, 5S, and cGMP (if medical/food grade).Analyze frequent and repeated failures, work out the solutions and organize team to study. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with OEM/parts suppliers. Timely forward critical problems concerning production defects and work with QC and Tech Dept. to improve overall quality.
