Maintenace Assistant

Responsibilities: Perform maintenance tasks in resident living and recreational areas to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Complete administrative duties, including forms and reports, to support the smooth operation of the facility. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and visitors, demonstrating leadership potential. Plan, organize, and interpret the goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department. Manage inventory supplies and perform additional assigned duties.
