Job Description:
Corporate Associate — Capital Markets and Securities
Our client, a large law firm, seeks a Corporate Associate with four to six years of experience to join its capital markets and securities practice.
The ideal candidate will have large law firm experience advising on public and private debt and equity offerings, Exchange Act reporting, and ongoing public company governance and compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
Advise clients on public and private debt and equity offerings.
Assist with Exchange Act reporting and public company disclosure obligations.
Counsel clients on day-to-day corporate governance matters.
Advise on SEC requirements and stock exchange compliance.
Support clients on related business and transactional matters.
Qualifications:
Four to six years of relevant capital markets and securities experience at a large law firm.
Experience with debt and equity offerings, Exchange Act reporting, and public company governance.
Admission to the New York or Illinois State Bar is required.
