About the role

Tool And Die MakerKapco Inc. is looking for a Tool & Die Maker on 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shift at our Grafton, WI facility. We offer competitive pay plus a $5000 sign on bonus!

Primary Responsibilities:

Building new and repairing of existing die consisting of progressive dies, jigs and fixtures
Holds extremely close tolerances, which will reduce the cost and improve the speed and quality of various production operations
Lays out and performs bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair dies, jigs, fixtures and special tools
Performs tool and die maintenance and repairman duties
Verifies quality and print specifications are met
Other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience:

2-year trade school program or equivalent work experience
Experience in a metal manufacturing environment: metal grounding and manual machine operation
Attention to detail and good math skills
