About the role

To support a growing organization in the technology and infrastructure services industry, the Remote Site Reliability Engineer will optimize platform stability, enhance observability practices, automate operational processes, and ensure enterprise-wide infrastructure reliability.
Key responsibilities: Design and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to improve visibility across infrastructure and platform environments Drive platform reliability by analyzing system performance, availability, and capacity trends while proactively addressing potential issues Develop automation solutions that streamline operational tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve system efficiency
Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related discipline Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, logging, and alert management platforms in enterprise environments Strong scripting and automation capabilities using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash Experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments Knowledge of infrastructure automation, configuration management, and vulnerability remediation best practices
