About the role

Guest Service Representative (Full-Time) At Vista Host Inc., we believe great hospitality is more than a jobit's a mission. As a Guest Service Representative, you'll be the warm, welcoming first point of contact who helps guests feel supported, celebrated, and truly at home.

Position Summary: You will provide exceptional front desk and guest support throughout each guest's stay. From check-in to check-out, you'll create a smooth, friendly experience by answering questions, resolving concerns with care, and coordinating with the team to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and a genuine desire to help
Handle check-in, check-out, and reservation-related questions accurately and efficiently
Answer phone and guest inquiries, providing clear information and thoughtful support
Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly, escalating when needed
Ensure guest documentation and payment processes are completed correctly
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to support a great guest experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
