About the role

We’re partnering with our client, a food and beverage manufacturer, to find a Manufacturing Engineer for their Lancaster, PA site. The role focuses on process enhancement, equipment optimization, and troubleshooting, supporting plant operations through continuous improvement initiatives. The position is onsite, primarily first shift, with occasional off-shift support. The application deadline for this role is 10/15/2026.
Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities: Design and implement procedures to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency across production lines. Identify, analyze, and act on opportunities to streamline manufacturing and operational workflows. Lead projects focused on equipment upgrades and process improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex machinery and process issues using proven problem-solving techniques. Develop and maintain documentation including operating procedures, safety protocols, and equipment manuals.
Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment supporting production equipment. Knowledge of automated systems, including PLCs, servo controls, VFDs. Hands-on experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.Strong skills in data analysis, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
