Future Opening: Stone Cut Shop Fabricator

About the Role: As a Stone Fabricator, you'll transform raw stone materials into finished products that meet both internal quality standards and customer expectations. This role is physical, hands-on, and central to our production team. You'll be responsible for cutting, edging, polishing, and finishing stone with precision and care. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with a craft; and we will help you get there.

Key Responsibilities: Fabricate high-quality stone products with attention to detail Cut, polish, edge, and finish stone materials per specifications Read and interpret shop drawings and production schedules Safely handle, move, and load/unload stone slabs and finished pieces Maintain and clean fabrication equipment regularly Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards Assist with general shop organization and inventory Troubleshoot issues and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience as a Stone Fabricator or in a related role preferred Familiarity with tools and equipment for cutting and polishing stone Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Experience with basic construction concepts Comfortable operating heavy machinery and handling large materials Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Physically able to lift and maneuver heavy stone safely Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Valid driver's license Willingness to learn and grow in the role Skills We Value Precision and craftsmanship Problem-solving mindset Strong communication Organization and time management Positive attitude and work ethic If you're passionate about quality craftsmanship, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow with a company that values you, we'd love to hear from you. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
