L3, Production Support (Senior) Technical Skills 5+ years of application production support experience. Strong troubleshooting experience supporting Java/Spring Boot microservices. Experience supporting Angular and/or React applications. Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems architecture. Experience with: Oracle PostgreSQLMongoDBHands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, or ECS containers. Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills. Experience with application performance tuning and capacity planning.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Experience supporting financial services or large enterprise environments.
