To support the organization's infrastructure needs, the full-time remote Compute Engineer will manage server and virtualization environments, administer Microsoft cloud services, and lead infrastructure projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Set technical direction for the compute environment and design scalable server architectures
Provision, configure, and maintain physical servers and virtual machines while monitoring health and performance
Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Intune for identity and device management, ensuring compliance and security
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in systems/infrastructure/compute engineering or a similar IT operations role
Expert-level experience administering Windows Server and solid knowledge of Linux
Proven experience designing and managing virtualization platforms at scale
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and Microsoft Intune
