Overview of Responsibilities: Recruit, screen and interview candidates for temporary, consulting and direct-hire opportunities Build and maintain a strong network of talented professionals Match qualified candidates with opportunities that fit their skills, experience and career goals Collaborate with our sales team to generate additional opportunities for your recruiting desk Maintain consistent communication with candidates and consultants throughout the hiring process Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business, referrals and placements
