Clinical Business Development Liaison - SUD Services

Key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SUD treatment providers, detox programs, behavioral health organizations, Medicaid and managed care referral sources, VA-related referral sources, county and justice-system partners, and other community referral sources. Conduct regular outreach to prospective referral partners and community organizations. Educate referral sources about Liberty's SUD programs, services, admission criteria, and referral process. Conduct preliminary screening of prospective residents for apparent ASAM criteria and appropriateness for the applicable level of care, within the Contractor's professional scope. Coordinate referral information and documentation with Liberty's admissions and clinical teams. Assist with obtaining required clinical, medical, and referral records. Maintain accurate documentation of outreach, referrals, screening, and business development activities. Build and maintain strong professional relationships that support appropriate referrals to Liberty's SUD programs. Escalate clinical or safety concerns to the appropriate Liberty personnel.
