We care most about who you are. Coffee skills can be taught. What we want is warmth, energy, and the instinct to make someone's morning better. You might be a fit if you: Love working with people and building relationships with regular guests Bring real energy to a busy bar Are reliable, show up ready, and thrive in a team environment Can commit to at least four days per week
