Escrow FunderThe Escrow Funder is responsible for performing key accounting tasks to support the Escrow operations of Executive Title Agency.
What You'll Do:
Review closing invoices for accuracy.
Accurately disburse a high volume of closings once funded.
Balance funds on the closing transaction.
Verify all incoming/outgoing wire information.
Release outgoing wires.
Prepare daily accounting log.
Review outstanding check log.
Analyze files for discrepancies prior to disbursement.
Locate funds from bank and receipt into file.
