Global Upstream Business Development Director

Hilcorp Energy Company is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive for international upstream opportunities based in Houston. You will originate and structure complex oil and gas transactions, manage external relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive opportunities from initial approach through closing. You will negotiate terms, lead due diligence, and align strategy with Evaluations, External Affairs, Legal) and Finance to optimize value.
