Employee Experience MVP: Manage employee engagement, recognition programs, and internal communication strategies that keep morale sky-high. What You Bring to the Team:5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth or high-energy industries like sports, entertainment, or startups. Proven leadership and team-building chops. Deep knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and talent acquisition strategy. A passion for culture, people, and performance.
