Used Car Sales Associate

Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized vehicle recommendations. Present and demonstrate used vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits. Negotiate sales and finalize transactions in a professional manner. Maintain thorough knowledge of the inventory, pricing, and current promotions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed sales targets. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and relevant legal regulations.

Requirements: Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. High level of motivation and a drive to achieve sales goals. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Knowledge of used car market trends is a plus.
