Responsibilities:
Administer oaths/affirmations. Conduct verifications on oath or affirmation, acknowledgments, and proofs. Perform acknowledgments and proofs. Certify copies. Witness or attest signatures. Conduct depositions and affidavits. Note protests.
Qualifications/Skills:
MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check. Notary Public certification. Notary Bond is not required. Experience in notarizing loan documents. Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented.
Job Requirements:
High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed. Payment: $75.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
