Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Columbus, NE. This is a 9-bed unit (which may expand up to 12 beds if necessary) featuring a fantastic team culture and up-to-date equipment.

Key Responsibilities & Department Details: Provide comprehensive care for patients on ventilators, surgical complications, Cath Lab recoveries (Impella and balloon pumps), hypo-oxygen therapy, and various specialized drips. Patient population includes Pediatrics; any patient under 12 years old admitted for critical care goes directly to the ICU.

Patient Ratio: 1:1 to 1:2.Scrubs: Any color permitted (must not contain names of other healthcare facilities).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in an ICU setting. Previous experience in a community or rural hospital setting is highly preferred.

Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nebraska or a valid Compact State license.

Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS issued through the American Heart Association (Required).MOAB / CPI: Candidates are required to take MOAB if they do not already hold an active CPI or MOAB certification (offered on-site for a $150 fee).
