Overview In this Senior Consultant role within Growth Finder, you help clients uncover and prioritise growth opportunities by linking consumer insights with commercial context. You’ll combine data analysis, segmentation, and strategic framing to produce clear, evidence-based recommendations for senior client audiences. Working with Directors and Partners, you’ll manage workstreams, contribute to proposals, and mentor junior colleagues, influencing both client outcomes and the Consulting team’s impact. This can be a globally connected, fast-moving environment where you shape growth strategies for leading brands.
