Sales Executive - BPO

Compensation: $130,000–$160,000 annually + commission

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling BPO solutions, developing executive-level relationships, and closing new business with mid-market and enterprise clients. Experience selling solutions supported by delivery operations in the Philippines and/or Latin America is required.

Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new BPO sales opportunities. Build relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers. Sell outsourced services such as contact center, customer experience, back-office, and business support solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations through negotiations and contract execution. Develop strategic sales plans and consistently achieve revenue targets. Partner with internal operations and delivery teams to develop client solutions. Maintain an active pipeline and accurately forecast sales activity.

Required Qualifications: 7+ years of BPO sales or business development experience. Proven success securing new clients and closing complex BPO deals. Required experience selling solutions supported by delivery operations in the Philippines and/or Latin America. Established relationships with senior-level decision-makers. Strong understanding of offshore and nearshore outsourcing models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
