This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing the company's end-to-end global payroll function, including payroll operations, governance, accounting, controls, compliance, vendor management, and payroll strategy across multiple jurisdictions. Key highlights: Lead and develop a global payroll team Own payroll governance, controls, and audit readiness Partner closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, HR, and senior leadership Oversee payroll implications of equity compensation (RSUs, stock options, etc.)Drive payroll technology, automation, and process improvements
