Bilingual Production Trainer (Spanish/English)

Responsibilities: Train and onboard new production and assembly employees in both English and Spanish Provide hands-on instruction on production processes, work procedures, and job expectations Reinforce safety practices, PPE requirements, and safe work habits Train employees on quality standards and the importance of producing consistent, quality work Help new employees successfully transition into the production environment Work closely with Production, Safety, and HR to identify training needs and improve the onboarding process Provide follow-up coaching and support to employees after initial training Help foster a culture centered on teamwork, safety, quality, accountability, and employee retention Assist with training employees across multiple shifts as the operation continues to grow Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required, with the ability to communicate and provide instruction effectively in both languages Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, training, or a similar hands-on environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking to groups as well as providing one-on-one instruction Patient, approachable, and able to work effectively with employees from different backgrounds and experience levels Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality Ability to work collaboratively with production leadership, safety, and HRSchedule This position will initially work primarily on 1st shift. However, as the company continues to expand and add shifts, priority will be given to candidates who have the flexibility to periodically assist with training employees on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th shifts.
