We invite Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners with surgical first assist experience to discover all that we can do when we bring healing hearts, inquisitive minds, and progressive visionaries together in our Atrium Health Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) in Pineville, NC.Practice Information: Established practice with a team of 3 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
Position Details
Schedule: TBD based on Office Surgery and Call Rotations
Combination of first assist surgical duties, perioperative care and clinic Able to first assist in gynecological surgery, robotics and/or laparoscopic experience preferred
Position Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of surgical APP experience required
  • Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program. Must be approved to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Carolina. Current prescriptive privileges and DEA license required. BLS for healthcare provider from AHA required.
  • Physician Assistants with certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants preferred.
  • NC/SC license required
