Role Summary:
A hybrid creative and managerial position focused on identifying new talent, servicing active clients, and building relationships across key markets. This role supports roster development while managing sessions, tracking deliverables, and sourcing new opportunities in LA.
Key Responsibilities:
Scout and develop emerging artists, producers, and songwriters
Manage existing client relationships, logistics, and studio coordination
Track project deliverables, metadata, and splits
Attend shows and industry events to strengthen the network
Surface creative leads and partnership opportunities
Provide regional and trend insights to the broader team
Core Attributes Self-motivated, network-oriented, and detail-driven
Strong ear for talent and cultural awareness
Confident managing relationships across levels
Compensation Base: $60-80K (DOE)
Bonus: performance or signing-based incentives
Perks: event access, travel between markets, advancement to Senior A&R or Partner track
