The club attendant greets and assists all lodging guests and owners while monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining the different club areas. This position maintains a professional attitude and appearance providing the best customer service possible. We are excited to grow our team and treat our employees to the unique and amazing perks and benefits Solitude Mountain Resort has to offer.*SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:*Communicate with strong verbal skillsWilling to work flexible work schedules that may include holidays and weekendsPunctual and reliableAbility to multi-taskSelf-motivatedDemonstrates knowledge of customer service to execute Solitude's standardsOrganized with attention to detailPhysical requirements may include standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and pushing/pulling up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this position include close and distance vision, color and depth perceptionAble to work with and around chemicals, i.e., chlorine and acidEffective conflict management and decision-making skillsAbility to use a variety of computer applications *JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*Greet, assist, and respond to the requests of all guests and ownersMaintain control and safety of Club Solitude by following all SVMA rules, policies, and proceduresMonitor cleanliness and safety at all timesTest the chemical levels in the swimming pool and hot tub using a color chartWork with maintenance department to fill chemicals in swimming pool or hot tub if neededReplace and encode owner and employee Ving keys as neededIssue temporary key cards for real estate following SVMA Ving key policy and Procedure*EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT *Solitude Mountain Resort is an equal opportunity employer.
