Leading the architecture for AI-native development, the full-time Principal Architect, AI-Native Developer Experience will define technical vision, experiment with emerging technologies, and establish engineering practices while working remotely across multiple states.
Key responsibilities:
Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI-native development, documenting key decisions
Track and experiment with emerging models and developer tools, turning successful concepts into supported practices
Architect agentic workflows and modernize the developer experience, ensuring effective collaboration between engineers and coding agents
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
At least 10 years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 7 years in software architecture or technical leadership
Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and a proven track record of implementing practices or tools for engineers
Experience in building production LLM systems and designing CI/CD processes at scale
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture fundamentals and fluency in relevant technology stacks (PHP, React, MySQL)
