Service Appointment Coordinator

Duties: Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments through phone, email, and text. Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member. Conduct after-visit follow-up calls to ensure customer and update the customer database to encourage repeat business. Offer service contracts and review warranty options when applicable. Process payments for service contracts as needed. Generate daily reports and complete assigned administrative tasks. Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service at all times. Support a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment.

Compensation$14 - $16 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

Job Requirements: Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings, including:

• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review

Qualifications: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficient in basic computer systems and scheduling software. Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
