Position Summary: The Lamination Tech is responsible for preparing and infusing molds for the next stage of production.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Pack fiberglass mattes into prepared molds per the provided work instruction, in a safe and timely manner.
  • Meet scheduled deadlines set out daily by management within reason
  • Adhere to the safety rules of JUPITER BACHOther duties as assigned
  • Education and Experience Required:
  • HS Diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Previous experience operating warehouse equipment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills & Mathematical skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable in JUPITER BACH/OSHA Safety Requirements
Physical Requirements:
  • Qualified applicants must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:
  • Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds 4+ hours per shiftMust be able to cut fiberglass matte using provided scissors
  • Must be able to use power and hand tools in a safe manner 4+ hours per shiftMust be able to work in hot, humid, and cold manufacturing environment
Must be able to work in crowded spaces for 4+ hours per shiftMust be able to bend and crawl for 4+ hours per shiftMust be able to crouch, kneel and stoop for 4+ hours per shiftMust be able to climb ladders for 4+ hours per shiftMust be able to sit, stand and walk for 6+ hours per shiftMust be able to perform simple grasping, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, and feel for 6+ hours per shiftMust be able to make fine distinctions in sound, express and exchange written or spoken words, and distinguish objects and equipment visually
