Executive Director, HEOR & Value

About the Role: The Company is seeking an Executive Director, HEOR & Value to lead its integrated health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and value evidence strategy across marketed products and pipeline assets. The role will set evidence priorities, guide research investment, and oversee economic and real-world evidence, cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, patient-reported outcomes, and related studies. The Executive Director will partner across medical, market access, clinical development, and other functions to align evidence plans with healthcare decision-maker needs and product lifecycle priorities. Responsibilities also include leading scientific dissemination and external value engagements, overseeing research partners and data resources, and building and mentoring a high-performing team. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree, such as a PharmD, MD, or PhD, in a relevant field; an additional advanced business or healthcare-related degree is preferred. At least 15 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare experience is required, including advanced expertise in HEOR, real-world evidence, or outcomes research. Applicants should bring a strong understanding of payer, reimbursement, managed care, provider economics, and healthcare delivery, along with success developing evidence strategies for marketed and pipeline products. The role also requires experience leading teams, managing budgets, influencing cross-functional decisions, and overseeing external research partners and healthcare data vendors.
