Contract Specialist
New Co Capital Group is a Bridge-Capital provider based in Miami, FL, specializing in Merchant Cash Advance products to support SMB growth. The company is known for its reputation in providing essential capital to help merchants thrive in their businesses. This is a full-time on-site role for a Contracts Specialist at New Co Capital Group in Miami, FL. The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for contract negotiation, managing contractual agreements, analyzing contracts, and overseeing contract management processes on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
Timely, effective response to email requests for contracts Run background checks on owners/businesses and thoroughly review reports In-depth research of businesses to confirm physical address, DBA and additional information, etc. Calculate fees and payback amounts Data entry, correct merchant information as needed for accuracy Support and maintain department Performs additional tasks, projects, special assignments as required
Requirements:
High school diploma (or GED equivalent)Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe as well as Gmail, computer literacy, ten key by touch, Orgmeter experience a plus Support cross-trained culture Ability to easily adapt to increased business demands Basic math skills Self-starter, ability to work independently Excellent troubleshooting and time management skills, attention to detail, utilizes time in constructive manner Flexible and reliable Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task Ability to work in fast paced environment, perform under pressure, meet tight time lines Establish and maintain cohesive and good working relationships Excellent communication and customer service skills; cooperative, work collaboratively and treat others in respectful, professional and supportive manner
