Disaster Restoration PM & Estimator - Bonus Eligible

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager in Kingwood/Houston, TX. You will oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold, and disasters, developing relationships to grow accounts and managing projects with an on-site Superintendent support. High emphasis on sales and large loss experience with a focus on client satisfaction. The role includes coordinating with contractors, driving project goals, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
