Responsibilities: Interview and conduct new hire onboarding for Caregivers Provide ongoing training and support to Caregivers Schedule staffing and manage caregiver availability Conduct phone calls to clients and Caregivers, as well as answer incoming calls Perform supervisory visits as needed Cover shifts as needed Assist with skills training classes for new hires Perform additional duties as assigned
