Position Summary:
As a Distribution Associate, you help keep customer orders moving accurately and on time in our long-standing, family-owned operation in Denver, NC. This entry-level, onsite role supports dependable order fulfillment and inventory flow.
Key responsibilities include:
Pulling, scanning, packing, and shipping customer orders Organizing, moving, and replenishing warehouse inventory Entering shipment details and producing manifests/records Supporting customers at the sales counter Monitoring and restocking shipping supplies and materials Required qualifications/skills: High school diploma or GEDBasic computer/keyboarding, math, and measurement (tape measure/scales)Strong attention to detail, communication, and team-oriented mindset Ability to stand/walk on concrete and lift up to 50 lbs. Daily Workflow Your day follows a steady Monday–Friday rhythm (7:00am–4:30pm) with clear priorities and coordination with a team-oriented crew. You’ll start by reviewing what must ship and confirming any special instructions, then rotate between picking/packing tasks and quick accuracy checks to keep orders on track. The shift can include working at a computer station to enter shipment details, generate manifests, and verify labels and shipping information to keep outgoing orders accurate and on schedule. You’ll also help walk-in customers at the counter as needed. Throughout the shift, you’ll restock packing supplies and keep work areas organized to support our long-standing commitment to reliable service.
