What You'll Do: Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in daily operations Lead and develop shift managers and team members Ensure outstanding food quality and customer service Assist with financial responsibilities, such as inventory and cost control Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with food safety standards
