Transition Intervention Specialist Workforce Academy (HS)

Cincinnati Public Schools Workforce Academy Transition Intervention Specialist will use a person-centered approach to help students with disabilities craft post-secondary goals in education, employment, and independent living. You will collaborate with external partners and internal teams to support student success. The role requires Ohio Transition to Work endorsement or progress toward it, a valid special education license, and prior transition program experience in a high school setting.
