ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Build and harden harnesses in Windsurf and Claude Code to establish secure, scalable AI agent and skill execution environments.• Create robust validation pipelines, policy enforcement mechanisms, and security/compliance gates for enterprise generative AI workflows.• Design feedback loops for self-healing AI workflows, manage benchmarks, and maintain golden datasets to ensure system reliability.• Provide auditability and observability across the AI ecosystem while automating testing and conversational-to-production workflows.• Draft comprehensive solution designs, technical design documents, harness skills, and templates to support complex greenfield and brownfield AI initiatives.
