Variable Director Job Qualifications: Extensive automotive sales management experience with a proven track record of success. Proven ability to recruit, train, develop and manage a sales floor and managers. Ability to develop strategies to improve perfromance and the discipline to hold your team accountable. Proficient knowledge of dealerships's current company management systems. Good organization skills. Professional communication skills. Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements. Must be insurable. Detail oriented.
