Pioneer Family Practice is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, six-physician private practice. Position Details Future partnership opportunity after a two-year ramp-up period
Location: Lacey, WA
Schedule:
Flexible schedule, 32 patient facing hours for a 1.0 FTECall: 1 in 6 weeks, outpatient only, minimal volumeFTE: 0.75 – 1.0 Procedures Available: Colposcopy, vasectomy, circumcision, joint injections, LARC (IUD/Nexplanon), endometrial biopsy, addiction treatment, pain management, and POCUS (Butterfly US)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$230K/year (full-time) with a two-year salary guarantee; prorated for lower FTE commitments Vacation: 5 weeks paid vacation annually, awarded at the beginning of each calendar year Retirement: Safe Harbor 401K with 3% employer match
