Maintenance tech- Home2 Noblesville

Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel. Complete preventative maintenance on guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues. Repair doors, locks, furniture, drywall, and fixtures. Maintain swimming pool and other hotel amenities, as applicable. Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests. Inspect equipment and building systems for safety and proper operation. Maintain clean, organized, and safe maintenance areas. Assist with painting, minor renovations, and property improvement projects. Follow all hotel safety procedures and maintenance standards. Complete maintenance logs and work orders accurately.

Qualifications: Previous maintenance experience preferred. General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building repairs. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented. Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
