Must-Have Skills & Attributes Extensive, specialized experience within the children's apparel/kids wear industry. Deep functional knowledge of major retailer vendor requirements (specifically Walmart rules and Disney standards).Proven track record managing factory social audits, product safety testing, and global supply chain compliance. Proficiency with industry-specific ERP software (AMT) and retailer vendor portals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean, family-owned business culture rather than a corporate environment.
