Make Ready Technician: Path to Maintenance Supervisor

ResProp Management is seeking a Make Ready Technician to join our on-site maintenance team. You will prepare vacant apartments for move-ins, handle a variety of building upkeep tasks, and ensure safe, clean, and appealing common areas across our properties. The role involves coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor, responding to work orders, and delivering excellent resident service. A 1-year maintenance background and own tools are preferred; scheduling includes weekends/holidays.
