Environmental Services - Maintenance Tech

What You'll Do: General upkeep of the communities and facility grounds Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs Repair work requests in a timely manner such as projects and repairs as needed by staff and residents Assist in checking mechanical equipment Work with safety/security systems such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems and door entry and locks Flooring maintenance with extraction equipment as needed Assist in apartment turnover Maintain required records and reports as necessary What You'll NeedBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and basic building construction Experience with commercial kitchens and/or HVAC equipment is beneficial, but not required Valid driver's license with responsible driving record required We will train the right fit for our team!
