Sanitation Specialist — Food Safety & Equipment Cleaning

100 Hires, Inc. is seeking a dedicated sanitation professional in New York to ensure daily cleaning and sanitization of production and packaging assets. You will disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment, verify results, and document sanitation actions per SSOP and GMP standards. The role reports to the Sanitation Supervisor and may back up the supervisor, coordinating sanitation schedules, improving cleanliness, and ensuring allergen control across lines.
